Construction of megacity sustainable pension service system model
摘要
Abstract
Collective Self-help Endowment(CSE)is a kind of flexible, benign open sustainable pension mode against megacities pension trends and characteristics, its definition, goals, types and factors are analyzed. Combined with six sigma service design, product service system design, sustainable endowment theories, the theoretical system of CSE service system design is established around the endowment goal. There are several possible solutions to sustainable pension ser-vice system design, around enhancing pension satisfaction, the CSE service system design framework is proposed, mak-ing full use of the advantages of the information society to integrate CSE products and services into a whole design, CSE service system configuration model is set up, the influencing factors of CSE service system selection and construction are analyzed. According to different pension needs, limited endowment resources and cost, different design collective self-pension schemes are designed to meet megacity diversified, personalized pension needs, give useful ideas for the sus-tainable pension service system design, and provide references for the megacity pension resources allocation, pension infrastructure construction.关键词
