摘要
Abstract
In order to keep the independence of the confined space,S7 200PLC and MCGS are com-bined to design a control and monitor system for the two door channel.The system collects signal with photoelectric sensors,controls the two door channel system through PLC,and achieves real time moni-toring with the MCGS configuration software in the host computer.The introduction of the configuration technology can achieve real time automatic monitoring of the whole system.At last,the whole simulation and debugging of the control system are realized by the computer simulation technology.The experiments demonstrate that the system runs smoothly with reliable performance,a friendly human machine inter-face,a high level of automation,a good market prospect,and a high application value.关键词
