司法鉴定中颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者人格特征分析
Analysis of EPQ personality characteristics of mental disorders caused by brain injury in forensic identification
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the EPQ personality characteristics of the judicial identification of mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury,and analyze the related factors that affect the personality characteristics of EPQ. Methods 400 cases who were identificated as mental disorder caused by brain injury were collected in the forensic judicial quthentication from December 2014 to December 2015. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)were used to evaluate the Personality characteristics and the mental health status. Results In the EPQ scores,the Extraversion(E)score of the research group was higher than that of the national norm(P < 0. 05),Neuroticism(N)and Psychoticism(P)scores were lower than those of the national norm(P < 0. 01),Lie(L)score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). The differences of the two groups in scores of anxiety and depression,lack of vitality factor in BPRS were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level,the cause of injury and the EPQ of the nervous,internal and external,the spirit of the positive symptoms into the BPRS regression equation(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Mental disorder patients caused by traumatic brain injury lack of energy and easy to be anxiety and depression. Psychoticism,neuroticism,introversion and extraversion may be the related factors.关键词
