中医脏腑病证的寒热规律探讨
Discussion on Rules of Cold and Heat in Diseases and Syndromes of Zang-Fu Organs of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
In clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),it is found diseases and syndromes of Zang-Fu organs have different nature of cold or heat,which can not be explained clearly.Based on the theory of five elements and six nature factors and the frame of manifestation,root cause and medial Qi,the differences of Yin and Yang nature of Zang-Fu organs were discussed and the differences of clinical diseases and syndromes of Zang-Fu organs were explained.According to the incidence rules observed in the clinic and following the principle of Yunqi as the root and three Yin and three Yang as the manifestation,the relationship between manifestation and medial Qi can be showed by one Yin to one Yang,two Yin to two Yang,three Yin to three Yang,then the relationship between manifestation,root cause and medial Qi and clinical diseases and syndromes of Zang-Fu organs can be better explained.关键词
