龙附方治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征疗效观察
Observation of Effect of Longfu Formula on Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Longfu formula on the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) which were classified by the urinary,psychosocial,organ-specific,infection,neurologic/systemic,tendemess (UPOINT) system.Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed as CP/CPPS were enrolled in this study.All patients were classified by the UPOINT system and underwent a 12-week therapy of Longfu formula.The national institutes of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI) and adverse events of the patients were evaluated before treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment respectively.The correlation between UPOINT factors and the decrease of NIH-CP-SI after treatment by Longfu formula was analyzed.According to the assessment criteria,the clinical result was either effective or ineffective.Results:The Longfu formula was effective on 75 patients and ineffective on 20 cases.The total effective rate was 78.95％(75/95).The factor of U,O,T were correlated with the decrease of NIH-CPSI(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Longfu formula is safe and effective on CP/CPPS of which the U,O,T factor was positive.关键词
