Abstract
Objective:To carry out a clinical study on the secondary prevention of cerebral stroke with acupuncture intervention in hypertension on the basis of "preventive treatment of disease" theory and observe the blood pressure control rate and long-term prognosis of the patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hypertension after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by Xingnao Kaiqiao(XNKQ) acupuncture method and acupuncture on antihypertensive points,while the control group was only treated by XNKQ acupuncture method.All the patients underwent the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring within 48 hours of admission.The Barthel index and national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS) scores of the patients were evaluated at admission and the third followed up month.Results:①For the comparison of the antihypertensive effects within each group before and after treatment and between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).②Afier 3 months,the Barthel index and NIHSS scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).③For the comparison of the usage of antihypertensive drugs after 3 months,the methods of both the two groups can help some patients reduce or even drop the drugs,and the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P＜0.05).It showed that the methods of both the two groups can lower blood pressure,but the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion:The XNKQ acupuncture method and acupuncture on antihypertensive points can significantly lower the blood pressure and improve the neural function of the patients.关键词
