调肺益肠针法改善老年大肠癌患者根治术后肠功能临床研究
Clinical Study of Improvement of Elderly Patients' Bowel Function after Radical Resection for Colon Cancer by Lung-regulating and Intestine-benefiting Acupuncture Method

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of lung-regulating and intestine-benefiting acupuncture method on improvement of elderly patients' bowel function after radical resection for colon cancer.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with colon cancer undergoing selective operation were randomly divided into acupuncture group and blank control group.After operation,under the same basic treatment,the acupuncture group was treated by lung-regulating and intestine-benefiting acupuncture method for 2 weeks and the blank control group was not treated by acupuncture.The following indicators of the two groups were observed:the first time when patients took semifluid food and defecated yellow liquid stool,the first exhaust or defecation time,the frequency of defecation within two weeks after operation,daily volume of defecation,drainage volume of gastrointestinal decompression,the L/M value of urine and D-lactic acid value of blood on the day when patients drank water and ten days after patients drank water.Results:Two weeks after treatment,compared with the blank control group,the first exhaust time of the acupuncture group was obviously shortened(P＜0.05),the daily average volume of defecation of the acupuncture group was obviously increased(P＜0.05),the drainage volume of gastrointestinal decompression of the acupuncture group was decreased significantly(P＜0.05),but there were no significant differences in the rest indicators.Conclusion:The lung-regulating and intestine-benefiting acupuncture method can improve the elderly patients' bowel function after radical resection for colon cancer.More specifically,it can promote intestinal peristalsis,shorten the first exhaust time,increase the daily average volume of defecation,reduce the drainage volume of gastrointestinal decompression,but it had no obvious effect on improving intestinal mucosal permeability.关键词
