肺痹汤联合阿奇霉素治疗特发性肺间质纤维化临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Feibi decoction combined with azithromycin on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients who were diagnosed as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into Feibi decoction group,azithromycin group and combination group,with 20 cases in each group.All the three groups were given conventional treatment(low flow oxygen+relieving cough and reducing sputum+anti-infection+hormone therapy).On the basis of the conventional treatment,Feibi decoction was added to the Feibi decoction group,azithromyein was added to the azithromycin group and Feibi decoction and azithromycin were added to the combination group.All the medicines were taken continuously for 15 days.Results:After treatment,the clinical manifestations and lung function of all the three groups were improved in different degree.In the combination group,symptoms of the patients were improved more obviously,the vital capacity(VC) and arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) were improved more prominent,and the effective rate was higher than that of the other two groups.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups during the process of treatment.Conclusion:Feibi decoction combined with azithromycin has better effect on the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.关键词
