Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Shengji Xiangpi paste on wound healing after operation for anal fissure.Methods:A total of 100 cases who met the diagnostic standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.After operation,Vaseline oil gauze was used on the wound in the control group,Shengji Xiangpi paste was used on the wound in the treatment group.The wound area,granulation tissue,epithelial growth,wound secretions and average healing time of the two groups were observed and compared respectively on the 3th,7th,11th,14th day after the operation.Results:The differences of reduction of wound area,growth of epithelial cells and granulation tissue and quality and quantity of pus secretion between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average wound healing time of the treatment group was (18.21 ± 2.60) days and that of the the control group was (22.08 ±3.74) days.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shengji Xiangpi paste can promote the secretion of pus,the growth of flesh and the wound repair,shorten the wound healing time,which is beneficial to the healing of wounds.关键词
