规模化水貂场中多种病毒和细菌感染状况的PCR调查研究
Investigation on Virus and Bacteria Infection in a Scale Mink Farm by PCR Assay

Abstract
Mixed infection of many kinds of virals and bacterials or latent infection of many pathogens that does not show clinical signs of dis-easeusually leads to considerable economic loss for mink breeder .clinical manifestation of chronic disease ,.In order to understand the current situation of mixed infection in farmed mink ,we tested Norovirus ,Rotavirus ,Adenovirus ,Parvovirus ,Salmonella ,Shigella ,Y .ent ,Aeromonas , Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Clostridium perfringen random sampling PCR in Inner Mongolia mink farm .The data showed that the pathogen'positive rates are Salmonella 19.79% ,Shigella 3.13% ,Aeromonas 8.30% ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa 0.52% ,Rotavirus 1.04% and Clostridi-um perfringen 5.73% .Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain from mink had a unique topological classifica-tion ,and it was far away from the other Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains .关键词
