Abstract
The infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus strain IBRV/JZ06-3 was used in this study .Single dose ,overdose and single dose redu-plication safety experiment and immunogenicity experiment were adopted in this experiment .When the calves were immunized with IBRV/JZ06-3 ,typical clinical symptoms of infection did not appear .It suggested that the calves immunized with IBRV/JZ06-3 were safe .The mean of SN antibody titters was above 1∶512 in 28d after the immunization .The protection was 100% after challenge .The results suggest that the immu-nization of IBRV/JZ06-3 is safe for the calf ,and it can well protect the calf from the IBRV .关键词
