新人参二醇滴丸制备及体外溶出度研究
Preparation and in Vitro Evaluation of Neopanaxadiol Dropping Pills

Abstract
The aim of the current stuty is to make neopanaxadiol (NPD ) dropping pills and evaluate its dissolution rate in vitro .Neopanaxadiol dropping pills were prepared by solvent -melting method with polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000 ) and poloxamer 188 (PF68 ) as combined carriers and a mass ratio of PEG6000 and PF68 was 1∶4 .X-ray power diffraction method was applied to investigate the state of neopanaxadiol in dropping pills and the dissolution test was performed to study the dissolution rate in vitro .The concentration of neopanaxadiol was measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) .The results of X-ray power diffraction showed that some neopanaxadiols existed as molec-ular state and others existed as crystallite .The cumulative release percent of NPD -dropping pills was 67.67% at 60min and the dissolution rate of neopanaxadiol dropping pills was obviously faster than that of the drug substance and physical mixtures .Preparing neopanaxadiol Drop-ping pills could obviously enhance its dissolution rate .关键词
