HPLC -ESI-MS法在西洋参总皂苷提取工艺研究中的应用
Optimization of Extraction Process of Ginsenosides from Panax quinquefolium L .Using HPLC-ESI-MS

Abstract
To optimize extraction process of ginsenosides from Panax quinquefolium L .UV was applied to determine the content of total saponins with ginsenoside Re as index component .The influences of methonal amout ,extraction time and the times of methonal and water -saturated n-butanol extractions on total ginsenosides contents were investigated by orthogonal test .The soxhlet extraction of P .quinquefolium L .was opti-mized .Compare the contents of total saponins using heating reflux extraction ,ultrasonic extraction and soxhlet extraction by HPLC -ESI-MS , the soxhlet extraction result is best .The optimal extraction conditions were as follows :soxhlet extraction process ,extracted three times with two siphon quantities at 87℃ and 1h for each time followed by three times of water -saturated n-butanol extraction .This optimized extraction process is of high extraction rate ,effective and high purity of ginsenosides ,could provide a reference for development and utilization of P .quin-quefolium L .关键词
