摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare clinical effects of Ceramage castable ceramic inlay and Filtek Z350 composite resin in filling molar in restoration of class II cavity. Methods 105 cases(a total of 122 teeth)were randomly as-signed into two groups. 62 teeth were treated by Ceramage castable ceramic inlay and the other 60 teeth were treated by Filtek Z350 composite resin. Edge coloring,edge completeness,secondary caries and edge fracture were evaluated during 18 months of follow up. Results There were significant differences in edge coloring,margin fitness,adjacent teeth relationships and gingival health(P ﹤ 0. 05). There were no significant differences in restoration fracture,de-gree of wearing and secondary caries. Conclusion Ceramage castable ceramic inlay is superior to Filtek Z350 com-posite resin in class II cavity.关键词
