摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the values of Vacuum Sealing drainage(VSD) technique in the treatment of infectious wound. Methods Fifty-ifve patients with skin defects and infected wounds were treated with sequential VSD-thickness skin grafting (TSG) or lfap transplantation therapy from January 2013 to November 2015.All the skin soft tissue defect covered with the VSD devices after surgical debridement in ifrst operation.Then 29 defects were treated by skin grafts or skin lfap transplantation combinedwith VSD therapy but 26 defects just treated by skin grafts or skin lfap transplantation in second operation.Survival of tissue grafts, color and lfexibility were examined and compared. Results All the skin-graft and lfap survived well, no necrosis, the result were satisfying after 6 month to 1 year follwing up. The VSD treatment, in reducing tissue necrosis and infection on the wound surfaces and promoting the growth of granulation tissue, promote wound healing, survival of skin-graft and skin flaps. Conclusion The VSD-TSG or flap transplantation therapy is a simple and effective treatment for skin defects and infected wounds.关键词
