鼻畸形矫正术在初期修复单侧唇裂的应用评价

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of external nasal in early unilateral cleft lip repair and the deformity of nose correction at the same time. Methods A total of 78 patients who were unilateral cleft and adopted the surgery of improved Millard lip repair admitted,40 cases who were only unilateral cleft lip repair from January 2007 to December 2009 years,as control group;then the remain who underwent unilateral cleft lip repair and nasal deformity correction at the same time from January 2010 to December 2012,as experiment group.Nasal columella deviation degree, nasal base width symmetrical rate, nasal lfoor highly symmetric rate and nasal base length were compared between two groups in 4 to 8 years following surgery. Evaluation results using SPSS10.0 software package for paired t test. Results The observation of nasal base width symmetrical rate, nasal floor highly symmetric rate, nasal base length, nasal deformity between two groups in 4 to 8 years following surgery,which reminder the external nasal in experiment group were better than those in control group, the difference was statistically signiifcantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The postoperation of repair of Unilateral cleft lip and nasal deformity correction at the same time improved nasal columella deviation degree, nasal base width symmetrical rate, nasal lfoor highly symmetric rate and nasal base length further, and the growth of external nose development without adverse effects.关键词
