鼻畸形矫正术在初期修复单侧唇裂的应用评价OACSTPCD
The technique application of nasal deformity correction in early repair of the unilateral cleft lip
目的：研究单侧唇裂初期修复术同时行鼻畸形矫正对鼻外形的影响。方法：选择行78例单侧唇裂患者，均采用长庚改良旋转推进法实施单侧唇裂修复手术。对照组为2007年1月-2009年12月的40例患者，唇裂修复时未行鼻畸形矫正。研究组为2010年1月-2012年12月的38例患者，唇裂修复时行鼻畸形矫正。2组均在唇裂术后4～8年观察鼻小柱偏离程度、鼻底宽度和对称性、鼻孔对称性。数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计。结果：比较研究组和对照组术后4～8年鼻…查看全部>>
