Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC),Aims to provide reference for improving their clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data come from 176 patients with SCC or BCC, who were diagnosed by histopathologic examination in our department of dermatology between January 2011 and December 2015, were collected and analyzed. Results Of the 55 patients with SCC,30 cases were male,25 were female;The mean age was(70.58±14.24)years, 85.5% of them were more than 60 years old, 94.54%(52 patients) of them had only one tumor, about 87.3%Occur in the light exposure sites. of the 121 patients with BCC, there were 37 male and 84 female;the mean age was(63.44±12.83)years, 66.1%of them were more than 60 years old, 86.0%(104 patients) of them had only one tumor, about 90.9%(110 patients)Occur in the light exposure sites. The coincidence rate of the clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis is low. Conclusion The skin BCC and SCC in sichuan and its adjacent areas is relatively rare, they are more likely occurs in the elderly, high risk for the face and neck and other exposed parts, and it more support sunlight is the main causes.关键词
