摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the joint adrenaline pingyangmycin injection in the treatment of keloid effect, provide the basis for clinical treatment of keloid. Methods Selection our hospital from May 2014 to January 2015, 62 cases of keloid patients as the research object, according to the number of random methods patients were randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases were treated by pingyangmycin and observation group, 31 cases treated with pingyangmycin joint epinephrine injection, compared two groups of patients with clinical efifcacy. Results The observation of treatment group total effectiveness 87.10%, signiifcantly higher than that of control group 74.19%, total effective rate of two groups of patients, compared the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). All patients get the 12-month follow-up, observation group recurrence rate was 6.45%, control group recurrence rate was 16.13%, compared two groups of patients with recurrence, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). In observation group in the face and neck and hip treatment curative effect is similar to the control group (P>0.05);But in the back, chest, abdomen, and extremities on the curative effect of signiifcantly better than control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pingyangmycin joint epinephrine injection keloid with obvious therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion use.关键词
