摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe of presurgical nasoalveolar molding (PNAM) in infants with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate surgery treatment for infants with nasal labial ministry and the effect of the alveolar cleft of correction. Methods Choose 56 cases as experimental group with PNAM cleft lip surgery shape treatment, compared the experimental group infants use PNAM process shaping and compare the experimental group and control group before and after the treatment of infants with cleft palate preoperative labial ministry fracture, width of alveolar cleft, alar width, columella deviation, columella height. The data were analyzed with spss15.0 software. Results The experimental group after treatment with PNAM infants lip crack and width of alveolar cleft, alar width decrease obviously, columella highly increased signiifcantly, columella deviation decreases, and significant difference compared with before treatment and the control group, and significantly improve the bilateral symmetry of the nasal. Conclusion Through the PNAM treatment, reduce the lip crack and the width of the alveolar cleft, improve the nasal proifle, create good conditions for the operation, it is worth clinical promotion by treatment of cleft lip and palate sequence.关键词
