摘要

Abstract

According to the State Grid company issued Q/GDW1354-2013 Function specification for smart electricity meters, Q/GDW1364-2013 Technical specification for single phase smart electricity meters, in order to further strength-en smart electricity meters and electricity information acquisition terminal quality control, ensure smoothly, electricity information collection system construction about the smart electricity meters according to its Marketing Department is-sued by a new method for the detection and electricity information acquisition terminal, its electric power co. LTD. Da-lian in Liaoning Province Power Supply company of smart electricity meters of bidding after the prototype test research, analysis and test of the new detection method, in view of the single phase current sampling circuit fault smart electricity meters has carried on the related experiment, efficiently reasonable judgment of single-phase smart electricity meters manganese copper current sampling circuit fault of adverse effects on the watt-hour meter, to prevent unqualified or have potential quality meter into the scene, effectively strengthen the quality supervision and control of smart electricity meters.
