Abstract
For 10kV lines in the distribution network, distribution transformer, branch box, meter box, metering device and the actual user exists between the corresponding relationship is not consistent with the situation, the traditional meth-od using PLC communication signal recognition due to the presence of total pressure on line, a total of on line, a total of cable trench on line, etc., often cause a miscarriage of justice.
