摘要

Abstract

For general nationwide smart meter installation, all kinds of shock loads widespread, especially the rapid de-velopment of high-speed rail.Smart meter measurement accuracy under the impact load meets the requirements is partic-ularly urgent.Based on the characteristics of the impact load metering and smart meter circuit schematic analysis of pro-posed smart meter theoretically meet the accurate measurement of the impact load, and finally verified by experiments the smart meter can be accurately measured under shock loading.
