Abstract
In the design of smart substation, such as internal bridge connection, 3/2 connection and bus PT cascade, digi-tal metering system need to be multi-bay metering. The synchronization of sampled values is the key factor to affect the overall accuracy of digital metering system. This paper introduced the principle of multi-bay metering by digital meter-ing devices in 110 kV Smart Substation which using internal bridge connection design. The inaccurate metering situa-tion in the operation of an 110 kV smart substation is analyzed which caused by the synchronous anomaly of sampled values. And a scheme to improve the reliability of the multi-bay metering in smart substations was proposed.关键词
