Abstract
According to current various scale commercial plaza, residential property or farmers markets electrical envi-ronment, in order to solve the problem that the electricity fees, over the past ten years, prepaid meters and IC card vend-ing system become the mainstream, detachment due to the data and the environment, security system, anti attack, tam-per resistant, anti tracking data safety performance always is a highlight of the technology problems, often to the proper-ty caused serious economic losses.
