摘要
Abstract
Electricity meter is the core of energy metering and is an important part of the smart power grids. It is related to the benefits of the power supplier and the customers. With the gradual replacement of old electricity meters, the new electricity meters have quality problems in the actual operation, caused by the quality of components and the installation environment. This paper used electricity meters in Chongqing as an example, analyzed the causes of the failure, classi-fied the faults, developed the standard about operation management, and devised the corresponding detection project. Centering around the electricity meters’security, accuracy and reliability, this paper proposed quality control measures to reduce failure rate, improving the operation management.关键词
