摘要

Abstract

The paper introduces a set of automatic calibration system of DC week current meter/source based on Lab-VIEW software, especially introduces hardware structure and design methods of software. The DC current measurement range is 1pA to 10A. The system realizes the automatic calibration of the DC weak current meter, and it can also realize the automatic calibration of the DC weak current source. The software design adopts the modular design method,accord-ing to the design principle of "data accuracy, reasonable interface and easy to expand". The practical application has proved that the system achieves the automatic calibration of the DC weak current meter/source and the reliable data man-agement by automatic data acquisition, automatic data processing, data automatic storage, generating report.
