摘要

Abstract

The paper analyses the current value and potential value of electric power customers in different phase of the entire life cycle. Electric power customer value evaluation index system is established and 10 indicators are selected to represent the electric customer value. Power customers’comprehensive value evaluation model is built. Delphi method is used to get the weight coefficients of the evaluation index. Delphi method makes full use of expert experience and eliminates the individual factors. The measure of customer value helps grid companies identify high-value customers, make different service strategy, provides the theoretical basis.
