摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the existing operation of farm machinery subsoiling resistance, high energy consumption, easy to plug and tropical regions of applicability is not strong and other issues, we developed an energy-saving reduction in resistance subsoiler chisel, machine use Gouge principle, with disc plow blade and cut columns and other structures, can significantly reduce energy consumption, relieve clogged equipment. The results showed that: The machine structure is relatively simple, the production rate 0.55 hm2/h, fuel consumption of 25.3kg /hm2, tillage depth of 42 mm, a ground-breaking rate of 97.8%, the indicators meet the design requirements.
