Abstract

For providing appropriate planting equipment in mechanized conservation tillage area, testing the seeding performance of 2BMZJ-4 no-tillage maize planter in harden heavy soil with high moisture content. Em-ploying seeding uniformity, seeding rate and skid rate as the judging index, conduct field experiment. Experi-ment showed that when corn seeds’ triaxial size is 8.2 mm, 9.0 mm, 5.6 mm, with the planter’ s speed of 0.81 m/s, the percentage of spacing of normally sown seed is 96.67%, eligible rate of sowing depth is 94.88%, miss seeding index is 3.33%, multiple index is 75%, the variation coefficient was 23.25%, the real seeding rate is 2.43 kg/667m2, wheel skid rate is 13.9%. The machine can mainly satisfy the sowing requirements for corn-growing regions in south China.
