动态增强MRI半定量及时间-信号强度曲线对原发性肝细胞肝癌的诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate application of semi-quantitative dynamic-enhanced magnetic resonance im-aging ( MRI) and time-signal intensity curve in diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) . Methods Ico-nography data of 22 HCC patients (22 lesions) from 2011 to 2015 confirmed by histopathology or clinical imaging analysis was retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent a total of 9 phases of dynamic-enhanced MRI scanning. Relative in-crease value of signal intensity, peak signal enhancement percentage, enhancement slope and clearance slope of the inter-ested region in HCC lesions and normal hepatic tissues were detected respectively. Time-relative signal intensity curve was drawn according to value of signal intensity, and semi-quantitative parameters of HCC lesions and hepatic tissues were analyzed. Results Types of HCC time-relative signal intensity curve in this study were 95% (21/22) of clearance type and 5% ( 1/22 ) of rise platform type. Values of peak signal enhancement percentage and enhancement slope of HCC lesions were significantly higher than those of hepatic tissues (P<0. 01), but there was no significant difference in clearance slope between HCC lesions and hepatic tissues ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion The shape of time-signal intensity curve can directly reflect inflow and clearance conditions of contrast medium, and semi-quantitative parameter analysis can indirectly reflect tumorous neovessels characteristics, and therefore it is helpful for HCC diagnosis.关键词
