摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of vascular endostatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment of patients with locally advanced hypopharyngeal cancer so as to provide scientific reference for efficient treat-ment. Methods A total of 100 patients with locally advanced hypopharyngeal cancer during January 2012 and January 2015 were recruited in this study, and the patients were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) according to different treatment methods. Control group was treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, while obser-vation group was treated with recombinant vascular endostatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and then treatment effects of two groups were observed. Results Effective rate in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0. 05). Quality of life was compared with symptom score, Karnofsky score (KPS) and weight change. The quality of life in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0. 05). Incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Vascular endostatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment of patients with locally advanced hypo-pharyngeal cancer can achieve better effect compared with that of concurrent chemoradiotherapy.关键词
