河南省某中医院校大学生亚健康现状调查与影响因素分析
Investigation on current situation of sub-health and analysis of influential factors among students from a college of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan Province

Abstract
Aim:To study the relationship between the current situation of sub-health among students from a college of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan Province and the influential factors.Methods: A total of 762 college students were collected from four specialties of grade 1-3 by multi-stage sampling method, and surveyed with general situation question-naire and Multi-dimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescents, and self-designed questionnaire of influential factors of sub-health symptoms of college students.Results:The detection rate of sub-health symptoms among the college students was 62.47%.The detection rate of physical and mental sub-health symptoms of male students was higher than that of fe-male students(P=0.042).The detection rate of mental sub-health symptoms of junior students was higher than that of the freshmen(P<0.01).The detection rate of mental sub-health symptoms of the students of the acupuncture and massage speciality was higher than that of the students of the public business administration speciality(P<0.008).The main risk factors influencing college students′sub-health symptoms were the worse eating habits and dietary nutrition, the less time for exercise, long-term staying up late, the greater academic stress, the longer time online and the worse relationship be-tween the students(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of sub-health symptoms among students from the college is higher, and mental sub-health symptoms is the most obvious, which are related to academic stress and unhealthy life style. Some pointed countermeasures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of sub-health.关键词
