Abstract
Aim:To explore the subjective well-being of the paramedic, and the effect of mental health on it.Meth-ods:A total of 535 paramedic in a certain grade 3 class A hospital from Henan Province were surveyed using SCL-90 and General Well-Being Schedule.Results:The total score of General Well-Being Schedule was (72.24 ±8.61),which was close to the national norm of women;the symptoms detection rate of SCL-90 was 25.0%.After adjusted for gender, each dimension score of SCL-90 scale and General Well-Being Schedule were negatively correlated(P<0.05).When Subjective well-being scores was used as the dependent variable, with every dimension score of SCL-90 as independent variables, mul-tiple linear regression analysis results showed that somatization(β=-0.494,P =0.017), anxiety (β=-0.515, P=0.030) ,depression (β=-0.420,P=0.034) and paranoid (β=-0.818,P=0.008) were screened.Conclusion:The mental health station is the main negative influencing factors on the subjective well-being of the paramedic.关键词
