摘要

Abstract

The porous clay heterostructures(PCHs) were synthesized from bentonites with different surfactants and cosurfactants,characterized by SEM and BET,and used for adsorption of naphthalene. The factors affecting adsorption were investigated,and the adsorption mechanism was discussed. The characterization results show that PCHs possesses larger specific surface area and micropore and mesopore structures with uniform pore distribution. The experimental results show that:When the adsorption temperature is 30℃,the initial naphthalene mass concentration is 560 mg/m3 and the relative humidity is 0,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of naphthalene on PCHs is 370 mg/g,far higher than those on original and organic bentonites;The adsorption process is an exothermic reaction,and the higher the temperature is,the lower the equilibrium adsorption capacity is;The equilibrium adsorption capacity is non-linearized increased with the increase of initial naphthalene mass concentration;The presence of water vapor can reduce the equilibrium adsorption capacity of naphthalene;The physical surface adsorption and the partition of organics are the predominant mechanisms of naphthalene adsorption on PCHs.
