导弹舵面的复合材料设计与分析
Design and Analysis of Composite Material for Missile Rudder
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at reducing the structural weight , improving the effective load and fighting ability of the missile weapon , the composite material design of the metal rudder of a missile is carried out in this paper .The equivalent design of three direction stiffness about the rudder is conducted by engineering method, then the layer way of composite material is given preliminarily .Using the finite element analysis method, the best layer way is calculated and optimized .Based on the stiffness , strength and stability de-sign requirements , the optimization design of layer and thickness of composite material for rudder structure is carried out ,and the size and layer angle of composite material for rudder structure are given .Through comparing the rudder surface of metal and composite material , it found that in the case of stiffness meeting the requirements , the rudder has good strength and stability , and the weight is reduced by about a half .关键词
