四种提取方法提取黑鸡枞菌多糖的对比分析研究OA
Comparative study on extraction of polysaccharides from Termitomyces albuminosus by different preparation technology
采用四种方法提取黑鸡枞菌中的多糖，从而优选出最佳方法．通过对未粉碎、普通粉碎、超微粉碎、超微粉碎联合超声法四种不同提取工艺进行对比研究，确定超微粉碎联合超声法对黑鸡枞菌多糖的提取率具有显著地提高作用．结果表明，超微粉碎得到200目黑鸡枞菌超微粉末，超声提取2 h，提取功率600 W，提取物进一步纯化得到提取率为14．43％的精制黑鸡枞菌多糖．超微粉碎联合超声法是提取黑鸡枞菌中多糖的理想方法．
