“一测多评”法测定茜草中3种有效成分百分含量
Determination of three active ingredients in Radix Rubiae by quantitative analysis of multi-components with single-marker
摘要
Abstract
To establish quantitative analysis of multi -components with a single -marker ( QAMS) for determining contents of three active ingredients from Radix Rubiae .Contents of three active ingredients in Radix Rubiae were determined by HPLC .It was used with aceto-nitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (43∶57) as the mobile phase , the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.With Rubimaillin as a internal stand-ard, relative correlation factors (RCF) of Purpurin, Alizarin to Rubimaillin were calculated, contents of these three ingredients were determined by the external standard method and QAMS, respectively.Results indicated that these two methods did not show significant differ-ence in assay results of contents of these three ingredients with similarity of 0.99.QAMS could be used for quality control of Radix Rubiae .关键词
