摘要
Abstract
To maintain the stability of emission wavelength of an optical transceiver and break through the routine design that the existing semiconductor laser temperature control systems were mostly implemented by analog devices , a semiconductor laser temperature control system based on digital filtering was proposed .By using digital signal processing in the form of firmware, temperature control of semiconductors was implemented .This system was applied to an optical transceiver module . Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification , the dependence of emission wavelength on the temperature was obtained.The test results show that the system achieves stable performance and good temperature control precision of ±0.053℃.关键词
