摘要
Abstract
A mold set for liquid forming of double metal composite tube is introduced. The mold set can be automatical y adapted to the inner tube and tube axial length variation, and be automatical y balanced with the change of bulging force and axial force. It is used to overcome the unstable and uneasy control defects of the forming equipment system. At the same time, it can be satisfied with the reliable sealing of the large diameter deformation in the forming process. Eventual y it can make the inner and outer pipes fit closely under the action of the ultra high pressure liquid. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient control, high reliability and low cost.关键词
