基于Solidworks的平面铰链四杆机构的运动仿真分析OACSTPCD
Simulation of Plane Four Bar Mechanism Based on Solidworks
为对平面四杆机构进行运动规律分析,采用图解法和仿真运动分析法分析平面四杆机构的运动规律,通过Solidworks快速建立连杆机构的虚拟样机,利用Motion插件进行运动仿真,可获得连杆的速度,角速度等运动参数。研究结果表明,图解法和仿真运动分析法分析结果高度一致,使用Solidworks的Motion功能可大大提高设计效率。
To analyse the motion laws of plane four bar mechanism, the graphical method and simulation method are used to ana-lyze its motion laws and its virtual prototype is quickly built by Solidworks in this paper and then, its motion simulation is made by use of motion plug-in unit to obtain the motion parameters of the bar velocity and its angular velocity.
