鼓轮堆栈式烟支输出装置的设计OACSTPCD
Design of Drums Stacked Cigarette Output Device
为了解决MAX70滤嘴接装机出烟方式容易造成烟支外观质量缺陷的问题，设计了鼓轮堆栈式烟支输出装置，利用负压鼓轮传递烟支，将输出鼓轮和配气座吸风孔设计成”V”形，使输出鼓轮绕配气座圆周运动时，每组6支烟同时从不同高度掉落到输送皮带上，堆栈形成多层烟支输送。该装置烟支输出柔和，烟支无损伤，无皱纹，运行平稳，故障率低，提高了烟支外观质量和设备效率，具有很好的推广价值。
