转基因抗虫大豆MON87701品系实时荧光PCR检测方法的建立

Abstract
In order to provide a basis for detection of genetically modi?ed soybean strains MON87701,an e-vent-specific real-time PCR method for the detection of genetically modified soybean MON87701 was estab-lished in this study.Primers and TaqMan probe were designed based on the event-specific sequence of MON87701 soybean.The specificity,sensitivity and repeatability of the developed method were examined,re-spectively.The results indicate this method had good detection specificity and repeatability for genetically modified soybean strains,with its sensitivity reaching 0.01% (m/m).These results showed that the strain-specific real-time PCR method was suitable for the identification of genetically modified soybean MON87701,it can be used to testing genetically modified samples.关键词
