社会交换视角下农村土地经营权流转探究
Study on the Circulation of Rural Land Management Rights from the Perspective of Social Exchange
摘要
Abstract
The current policy emphasis on rural land contracting relations remain stable and unchanged ,de-regulation of land management rights.From the perspective of social exchange,the two sides of the land trans-fer is the exchange of interests.But recently,due to many related research emphasis on unilateral interests,as well as rural social relations,land transfer market and imperfect supervision and other factors led to the enthu-siasm of land circulation is not high.To promote the transfer of rural land to give play to the role of market and highlight the land circulation of bilateral exchanges and mutual;at the same time,the government should im-prove the rural social security system,pay attention to adjust social relations in rural areas,pay attention to the balance of policy supply and to develop reasonable and relevant supporting measures.关键词
