诱变条件对黑曲霉β-葡萄糖苷酶的影响
Using 60 Co-γrays to select β-glucosidase Producing Strains of Aspergillus niger
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the β-glucosidase activity of Aspergillus niger,different irradiation doses was used for inducing mutation.The result showed that 5 high-activity mutants were screened,of which T-03-16 strains β-glucosidase activity was 132.5 U/ml,compared with the original strains was increased by 53% . through 5 subcultures showed the genetic stability partly.关键词
