Abstract
In order to solve the problem of meter reading and charging, Shangdu Power Supply Substation adopted pre-payment management system, which provided the customers with the humanized power outage management services, automatic power transmission services after payment. At the same time, pre-payment management system provided the function of reminding customers of electrical information, which could help the customers to master the electricity usage information and make suitabe time arrangement of continual payment. What′s more, it contributed to reduce the line loss rate effectively, improve the electricity recovery, and eliminate the power theft happening. The system could help improving the work efficiency and the service quality, which was worthy of promotion and popularization.关键词
