摘要

Abstract

The ultra-supercritical lignite coal furnace model is established by using numerical simulation method. Flow field of furnace is solved by Realization κ-ε turbulence correction model, P-1 radiation heat transfer model and non-premixed combustion model. Velocity field, temperature field and species field of three different burner are compared, safety of water-cooling wall, efficiency of combustion and emissions of NOx are analyzed. It is obtained that the horizontal bias burner of three different burners is suitable for ultra-supercritical lignite fired boiler.
