Abstract
One power plant did not increase the third layer of NOx catalyst, just trying to increase the amount of ammonia spray, to reduce the NOx concentration, which caused that NOx concentration appearing serious deviation. The CEMS monitoring data, between SCR flue outlet NOx concentration and the chimney inlet of NOx concentration, showed that there was serious difference of 30 mg/m3. Based on the practical experience, this paper introduced how to improve the uniformity of NOx and NH3 by optimizing the operation mode, and to eliminate the deviation of NOx concentration. Experience could be used for the same type of unit.关键词
