摘要

Abstract

the container crane steel structure is large and welded by many medium-thick plates during production. Their splicing efficiency and quality have a direct effect on the product delivery cycle and structure safety. To solve such problems as complex process of container crane girder plate splicing, difficult rolling over, large welding deformation, and low efficiency, the paper proposes the adoption of multiple wire submerged arc hybrid welding technology to realize the one side welding with double shaped of medium-thick plate splicing. Compared to traditional manufacturing process, the one side welding with double shaped of multiple wire submergedarchybrid welding not only can satisfy the welding quality, also simplifyproduction process, improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, andrealize green production.
