Abstract
The paper introduces the automatic wheel swirlflame quenching bed, the newly-developed heat treatment e-quipment for high-hardness crane wheel, describes the principles, purposes, main parts, and technical parameters of the machine tool. After treatment by the machine tool, the crane wheel tread hardness can reach 45-55HRC and the depth of the hardened-layer can reach 15mm, with the product performance reaching the international advanced level.关键词
