摘要

Abstract

The belt conveyer frame below the front end hanger of the hanging-chain bucket ship unloader is subject to complex stress conditions. The frame moves with the front edge hanger and vibrates under the impact of regular blanking. Through analysis and calculation for the frame, the paper puts forward 4 optimal design solutions and selects an optimal so-lution in Ansys to effectively reduce the stress concentration and maximum displacement without largely increasing the mass of the frame in operation.
